Q – Can I still order my apparels after Monday, 17th April?
A – Yes, you can order your apparels after 17th April. It’s only the survey and “Cash on Delivery” option that will be ending. You can continue to place your orders and make payment online or in the Gateway House Bookshop.
 
Q – Do I still require a discount code to do the survey?

A – No, you no longer require a discount code. You can continue to place your orders and make payment online using card or PayPal OR you can pay ‘in-person’ at the Gateway House Bookshop.
 
Q – Can I change my mind on apparel choice later?

A – Yes, you can change your mind later. However, please note that we will prioritise availability based on the specific orders received, so if you change your order, we will only be able to effect the change after fulfilling the orders of those who pre-ordered the specific apparel.

Q – I don’t have a PayPal account; can I still make payment online?
A – Yes, we now have the option to make payment directly suing your bank card and without going via PayPal.

Q – When will my apparels arrive?
A – We anticipate that your apparels will be available for collection by the first week in July 2023.
