Rev Orekoya's overriding passion since enlisting in the reconciliation project for over four decades is to make disciples; men and women in the image of Christ.

He passionately mobilises both men and resources for rural missions, prisons inmate rehabilitation and integration, urban slump ministry and destitute reconciliation across Nigeria and in other parts of the world - a work that has taken him to India, South Africa, Ghana, the United Kingdom and the U.S.A.

He is a leader with a servant heart whose humility endears many to him.

He is married to Pastor Mojisola Orekoya and they are blessed with three wonderful children, serving Jesus.

PASTOR TOYIN KEHINDE

Rev. Toyin Kehinde stands as a compelling example of spiritual leadership shaped by prayer, missions, and purposeful vision. As the founding and senior pastor of Agape Generation International Church (AGIC), headquartered in Maryland, Lagos, Nigeria, he has spent over three decades nurturing the body of Christ, pioneering missions, and building systems that equip and empower a new generation of believers.

Born with a heart inclined toward service and leadership, Rev. Kehinde began his professional journey in the corporate world after earning a degree in marketing. However, a deeper call to ministry soon redirected his path. He entered full-time ministry in the 1980s, serving initially as an associate pastor at Christ Life Bible Church in Lagos from 1986 to 1993.

His passion for missions and leadership development found further expression when he joined the International Christian Mission (ICM), where he eventually rose to the position of Deputy General
Overseer.

In December 2000, driven by a divine conviction to disciple and deploy believers for kingdom work, he founded Agape Generation International Church. The ministry began in his home and was officially commissioned in August 2001. What started as a house fellowship has since grown into a vibrant church with multiple ministry expressions in many African, European, Asia and North America countries. Under Rev. Kehinde’s leadership, the church has evolved into a hub for discipleship, spiritual development, and international missions.

Rev. Kehinde is also a strong advocate for the use of digital tools and social media for kingdom advancement. He encourages ministers to navigate the digital space with wisdom and purpose, seeing technology as a platform to reach souls rather than stir controversy. His messages reflect spiritual sensitivity balanced with cultural awareness, often addressing contemporary issues like youth engagement, leadership integrity, and cross-generational impact.

In his personal life, Rev. Kehinde is blessed with a supportive partner in ministry—Rev. Dr. (Mrs.) Folashade Toyin-Kehinde, a passionate minister, teacher, and advocate for women’s empowerment. Together, they co-pastor AGIC and lead initiatives such as Agape Women Aglow and the Ladies Affair Initiative, mentoring women in faith, purpose, and leadership. The couple is blessed with three children and continues to model godly family life and ministry partnership.

In sum, Rev. Toyin Kehinde’s life is a testimony of unwavering obedience to God’s call. He has emerged as a bridge-builder between generations, a visionary in missions, a mentor to leaders, and a voice of spiritual clarity in an often-confused world. His ministry continues to bear fruit locally and globally, inspiring believers to live purposefully and serve sacrificially.

He also collaborated with the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) on inter-faith and social initiatives aimed at national development.

Within URBC, Pastor Akinola served in several capacities over the years, including Youth Coordinator, Shepherd (Pastor), and National Prayer and
Counselling Secretary. These roles allowed him to focus on leadership development, youth engagement, national prayer coordination, and pastoral counselling, areas in which he is widely respected for his empathy, discretion, and sound judgment.
He holds a degree in Social Sciences from the University of Lagos and a Postgraduate Diploma in Theology. His leadership training includes programs at the Haggai Institute in Maui, Hawaii, and the Christian Community Development Association (CCDA) in Chicago, USA, experiences that broadened his global perspective on leadership, mission, and community transformation.
