LOST & FOUND ITEMS - GATEWAY HOUSE

Have you lost an item whilst visiting or attending an event in Gateway house?

If yes, please come to the Information Desk in the foyer outside the main auditorium (The Highway) on Sundays after the worship service and one of our lovely Information and Guest Services (IGS) Team members will assist you in confirming whether it has been found and handed in.

You can also visit the Gateway House premises during working hours (9:00AM - 5:00PM) on Mondays to Fridays to check for your lost item. Please phone the Church Office on 020 88 555 888 to book your appointment for the visit.

Please note that you will need to provide as much confirmatory detail as possible or may need to bring some proof of ownership along with you to reclaim an item.

In order to significantly reduce the clutter arising from lost or forgotten items, we will be carrying out a decluttering exercise on a quarterly basis (once every three months) at the ending of December, March, June and September.

Unclaimed items may either be sent to relevant charities or discarded, so please ensure that you reclaim any item that you may have misplaced in Gateway House within 3 months.
