Psalm 119:1-8 with Gerald Okullo

From the first part of this Psalm, we get a sense of the psalmist’s appreciation and honour of God’s Word. He speaks of God’s law, His testimonies, precepts, statutes, and commandments. There is a blessing in keeping God’s law (which is the law of love - Galatians 5:14). Honouring God’s Word and allowing it to regulate our lives keeps us from shame.
