Online registration is now closed. However, on-site registration will be available from Monday, 26 October to Friday, 30 October 2026, between 10:00 am and 1:30 pm each day.

In-person – Come along to our premises with documents to prove your identity, address and low income, during the dates and times given below.

Date:       Monday 26th to Friday 30th October 2026 (one week only)
Time:       10:00 am to 1:30 pm
Venue:   Gateway House, John Wilson Street, London SE18 6QQ

Please bring original copies to prove your identity, address and low income (subject to meeting the eligibility criteria given below). All proof of address and benefits must be current and within the past 3 - 6 months.

You will receive the voucher to collect the free hamper only after your eligibility has been confirmed.

Below are some of the low-income eligibility criteria (persons on income above 2,000 per month are not eligible for an hamper):

• Working tax credit (not child tax credit)
• Universal Credit
• Job Seekers Allowance
• Income Support
• Housing Benefit Letter
• Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit
• Asylum Support (ASPEN card)
• Pension Credit Guaranteed
• Pension Credit Savings
• No Recourse to Public Funds
• Registered charity organisations helping those in need
